At Bowlingo, we respect your privacy and your right to control your personal data. This page explains how you can request deletion of your account and all associated data.
What Data Gets Deleted?
When you request account deletion, the following data will be permanently removed:
- Your user profile (name, email, authentication credentials)
- All saved bowling games and scores
- Game history and statistics
- Any preferences or settings
- Cloud-synced data from our servers
⚠️ Warning: Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. All your bowling scores, history, and progress will be lost forever.
How to Request Deletion
To delete your account and all associated data, please contact us:
Deletion Timeline
Once we receive your deletion request:
- We will verify your identity to protect your account security
- Your account will be deactivated within 24 hours
- Complete data deletion will occur within 30 days
- You will receive a confirmation email once deletion is complete
Alternative: Delete Data In-App
You can also sign out of the app to stop syncing data. Local data can be cleared by uninstalling the app from your device.
